SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #04-__ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #04-__ to amend Chapter 9.20.25 (Town Center Zoning <br />District) of the Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to allow for gas <br />operations as an accessory use subject to certain performance standards in the TC~2 Zoning <br />District. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
