CASE # <br /> ADOPT ORDINANCE TO VACATE EASEMENT IN RAMSEY <br /> TOWN CENTER ADDITION; CASE OF RAMSEY TOWN CENTER LLC <br /> By: Sylvia Frolik, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As part of the development associated with Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition, the drainage and <br />utility easements on the underlying Outlot I, Ramsey Town Center, will need to be vacated. They <br />will be replaced with new drainage and utility easements as part' of the new plat. The 'following <br />items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Exhibit of underlying easements to be vacated <br />Proposed Ordinance <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />[n accordance with State Statute, City Staff attempted to notify property owners within 350 feet <br />of the subject property of the July 27, 2004 public hearing to vacate easements. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On July 27, 2004, the City Council introduced an ordinance to vacate the drainage and utility <br />easement over Outlot I, Ramsey Town Center Addition. Final adoption of the ordinance was <br />withheld until the final plat was submitted for approval to ensure that replacement easements <br />were properly dedicated.
