04/15/2004 THU 12:33 F,~I 763 757 0649 NEDEGAARD CONTSTRUCTION ~002/002 <br /> <br />PETITION FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT <br />(100 percent of property ownm-S) <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA~ISEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />The undersigned owner of all the real property located in the plat of RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota (thc "Plat") EXCEPT Outlot BB and Lot 1, Block 1 of <br />the Plat hereby petition that such Plat be improved by the construction of Sunwood Dr/ye, <br />Rhinestone Street and those utility improvements all defined as City Phase I Roadway <br />Improvements in that certain Master Development A~eement between the City of Ramsey and <br />Ramscy Town Center, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, (the "Master Developm~t <br />Agreement"). The real propmty_ is to be assessed for 20% of the cost of the improvements <br />pursuant to the Master Development Agreen-nent The said 20% of the cost of the improvement <br />is to be assessed and apportioned by the City against that real property described on Exhibit F of <br />the Master Development Agreement which Exhibit F is atlached hereto and incorl?orated herein, <br />except that no portion of such cost is to be assessed against Outlot BB and Lot I, Block 1, <br />RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION.
