Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated there is a trail that is yet to occur on Tiger Street. <br />There are a few minor things that need to happen in the Engineering Department to get this back <br />to the developers hands to finish. This will connect more neighborhoods together. <br /> <br />Chairperson Johns asked if they installed playground equipment. <br /> <br />Commissioner Olds thought they discussed this but did not have the money to do th/s. <br />Parks/Supervisor Riverblood noted the concrete curb is fiat in that park. <br /> <br />Bear Park <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated there has not been a lot happening at this park. The <br />development has built up to the park and they have the irrigation ready. He did not think they <br />will have enough money to do the parking lot for the park but could install a trail to connect the <br />two parks together (Woodland Green and Bear). <br /> <br />Central Park <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated there have not been a lot of improvements but the <br />edging has been cleaned up by volunteers and another field was totally reconstructed. This is the <br />first full year for the wanning house. <br /> <br />Chairperson Jol'ms stated the Baseball Association asked they not put the ice rink over the field <br />there because it is hard on the field. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated they could look at this because in the spring it does <br />look bad. <br /> <br />Chairperson Jolms noted the Baseball Association wondered if they could use the warn~ing house <br />in the smmner for equipment storage. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood stated they could discuss this with them. <br /> <br />Ehncrest Park <br /> <br />Civil Engineer II Linton reviewed the process and costs with the Commission for the <br />construction of the park. <br /> <br />Chairperson Jotms asked if it will be paved and class 5 this year. <br /> <br />Civil Engineer II Linton stated it will be paved yet this fall. The contractor has been busy with <br />other projects.
