CASE <br /> <br />CONSIDER APPLICATION FOR OBTAINING T.~X FORFEIT PROPERTIES <br /> By: Steven J. Jankowski, City Engineer . <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Six outlot parcels which are predominately wetland have become available for <br />acquisition through tax forfeiture. These parcels are identified on the attached exhibit and <br />include the following legal descriptions: <br /> <br /> 1. Outlot B Chestnut Hill Addition <br />2. Outlot C Ramsey Meadows 2nd Addition <br /> 3. Outlot A Ramsey Meadows 4th Addition <br />4. Outlot A Chestnut Ridge 3rd Addition <br />5. Outlot A Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition <br />6.
