Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Case #2 Buildin~ Official Bert's 1981 End-Of-The-Year Report: Noted by Council. Case #3 Changing to One (1) Regular Council Meeting Per Month for FebruarS and March 1982: Councilman Cox recommended changing City ordinance conducting one regular Council Meeting per month. If one meeting proves insufficient to then go back to two regular meetings per month. Mayor Gamec - stated that he had some reservations as to how the public would accept this change. Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to approve of conducting only the second regularly scheduled Council meeting for the months of February and March 1982. Further that this notice be published in the Anoka Union and posted in the Ramsey Municipal Center of the deletion of the first regularly scheduled Council meeting for February and March 1982. D) Legislative Conference - Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann authorizing up to 5 persons be approved for attendance at the Legislative Conferences January 27, 1982, at the Capitol Holiday Inn.
