I I I I City of Ramsey Anoka County, Minnesota NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will be conducting a public hearing at 7:45 p.m. on February 2, 1982 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard Northwest, Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of this hearing is to take public input and comment regarding the proposed amendment of of City's Zoning Chapter by changing the zoning districts indicated on the following described parcels: the from Urban Conservation to Change following Industrial: l) That property in the vicinity of the intersection of Sunfish Lake Boulevard and Industry Avenue, which property is specifically legally described as follows: a) The SE ]/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Change the following from Rural Open Space to Residential: l) That property generally known as the General Mills Property, which property is specifically legally described as follows: a) The West'l/2 of the West 1/2 of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County. b) Section 18, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County. ¢) That part of Section 19, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County lying northerly of the Burlington Northern Railroad right of way. d) The West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Change the following from Industrial to Rural Industrial: l) That property generally lying northwest of the intersection of U.S. Highway l0 & ~69 and Armstrong Boulevard, which property is specifically legally described as follows:
