Staff is in final stages of testing, and
expects a soft roll-out to begin in mid-July. Staff is also hosting a forum for Contractors,
Architects, and Engineers to introduce them to the new system and get their feedback on final
workflow design. Staff will also be holding weekly office hours specific to the new
system to help customers transition to this quicker, reduced paper option. So far, feedback on the
concept of the new option has been quite positive.

Mayors for Monarchs Pledge Signing & Trail Designation- Tuesday, June 6.
Mayor Sarah
Strommen, is signing the Mayors for Monarchs Pledge to support Monarch butterflies in our
community by implementing efforts to protect pollinator habitat and encouraging our citizens to
do the same in their own backyards.
