CASE # <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT RELATING TO THE <br />FINAL SITE PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, RAMSEY <br />TOWN CENTER 3aD ADDITION; CASE OF RAMDANCE, LLC <br /> By: Sylvia Frolik, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On October 12, 2004, the City Council granted final site plan approval to Ramdance, LLC for <br />the development of 3 buildings on Lot 1 of Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition. The proposed <br />development permit was not available for review and approval at that time. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />City Staff has completed drafting the document and it was forwarded to Ramdance, LLC for <br />review and comment. The proposed development permit is enclosed for your information. <br /> <br />As you may recall, Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition is located in the southeast quadrant of the <br />intersection of Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and Sunwood Drive N.W. It is 9.5 acres in size and is <br />proposed to subdivided into 2 lots and 1 outlot. The first phase of the development of Lot 1 <br />includes a Coborn's grocery store and 2 additional retail buildings, referred to as Gateway and <br />Corner. There are 2 more retail buildings eventually planned for Lot 1 and 1 retail building for <br />Lot 2. The outlot will be developed as a landscape feature to serve as an entrance to the Town <br />Center. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City draft recommends approval of the proposed Development Permit. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approVe the <br />proposed Development Contract relating to the final plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 3rd <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Asst.
