Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-xx- RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE AS A SECONDARY PRINCIPAL USE IN THE E-2 EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # , AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME.' WHEREAS, Bruce Volk, hereinafter referred to as. "Permittee", has properly applied to the City of Ramsgy (the "City") for an interim use permit (Permit) to allow outdoor storage as a secondary principal use on the property located at 14165 Ramsey Blvd. and legally described as follows: All that part of the west 31 rods of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of' Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as f'ollows: Commencing at a point on the west line thereof, distant 335.51 feet south fi'om the northwest corner thereof, as measured along said west line; thence south along said west line a distance of 335.51 feet, more or Less, to its intersection with the northerly fight of way line of Northern Pacific Railway; thence southeasterly along said northerly right of way line to its intersection with the east line of said west 31 rods; thence north along said east line thereof a distance of 448.92 feet, more or less, to a point on said east line thereof distant 448.92 feet south from the northeast corner of' said west 31 rods as measured along said east line thereof; thence northwesterly in a straight line to the point of beginning. Except Parcel 2, Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat #16. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on October 7, 2004, conducted a public hearing and recommended that the City Council approve the request to store RV's and/or travel trailers outdoors as a secondary principal use on the Subject Property; and WIIEREAS, the City Council met on October 26, 2004 to review the request for an interim use permit to allow for outdoor storage as a secondary principal use on the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit arc as fbllows: 1) The Pcrmittee is herein allowed to store a maximum of seventy (70) travel trailers or recreational vehicles (RV) in an orderly manner in a confined area that is 100 feet by 225 feet located in the rear yard on the Subject Property and shown on the attached exhibit.
