It is Staff's belief that allowing for the:Intet~ Use P~i~'}o be in erect for the full five years will allow the Applicant to have the needed:fleXibili~ in securing the prope~ and constructing a pe~anent Staff has reviewed the use and fihd~ that it is compatible with the s~ounding area. The parking lot that se~es the building in which the temporary Church Mll be located has 83 parking stalls. The Applicant is pla~ing for a maxilnmn of 04_ worshipers fbr Mass. (It should be noted that the Applicant is creating a new parish and has nowhere near that dumber of members yet. Under Ci~ Code, places of assembly require a parking space tbr eve~ t~ee seats. Therefore a total of 114 parking ~talls would need to be provided. Staff believes that there is adequate parking for the proposed tempora~ Church.
