ADOPT ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />Lot 1, Block 1, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> By: William IC Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> Sean M. Sullivan, Economic Development / TIF Specialist <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City bas continued negotiations with businesses interested in building projects on the <br />abovemcntioned parcels (See map). Details have not been finalized but it is imperative that the City <br />have the ability to convey these properties to the businesses in a timely manner. On October 12, <br />2004, the City Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale. That ordinance is now being <br />presented for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of the proposed sale ordinance. <br /> <br />Conncil Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 04- which is an ordinance authorizing the sale of the Lot 1, <br />Block 1, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />TIF Spccialist <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />CC: 10/26/04 <br /> <br /> <br />
