ADOPT ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />Lot 1, Block 1, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> By: William IC Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> Sean M. Sullivan, Economic Development / TIF Specialist <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City bas continued negotiations with businesses interested in building projects on the <br />abovemcntioned parcels (See map). Details have not been finalized but it is imperative that the City <br />have the ability to convey these properties to the businesses in a timely manner. On October 12, <br />2004, the City Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale.
