Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-10-xxx RESOLUTION APPROVING 2m> PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BAUERLY COMPANIES FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #04-20 (ELMCREST PARK IMPROVEMENTS) WHEREAS, on June 22, 2004, City Council accepted the low bid of Bauerly Companies for the above referenced work; and WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work 'and recommended lst partial payment to Bauerly Companies in the amount of $103,968.00. WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and recommended 2nd partial payment to Bauerly Companies in the amount of $55,631.35. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) 2) 3) That the City Council hereby authorizes 1st partial payment to Baue'rly Companies for Improvement Project #04-20, Elmcrest Park Improvements in the amount of $55,631.35 on October 26, 2004. That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of October 2004.
