Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #04-10-xxx <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 2m> PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BAUERLY COMPANIES FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #04-20 (ELMCREST PARK IMPROVEMENTS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 22, 2004, City Council accepted the low bid of Bauerly Companies for <br />the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work 'and <br />recommended lst partial payment to Bauerly Companies in the amount of $103,968.00. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 2nd partial payment to Bauerly Companies in the amount of $55,631.35. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes 1st partial payment to Baue'rly Companies for <br />Improvement Project #04-20, Elmcrest Park Improvements in the amount of $55,631.35 on <br />October 26, 2004. <br /> <br />That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for <br />this payment. <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills <br />for the month of October 2004. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-10-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />Mawr <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the ~bllowing voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the tbllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />26th day ok'October 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />
