Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners VanScoy, Nosan, Anderson, <br />Brauer, and Surma. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bauer requested a change to the minutes, noting when he spoke under Citizen Input, <br />th <br />his address should be 14600. PUBLIC HEARINGS/COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />th <br />5.01: Public Hearing: Consider Request for Zoning Amendment for Woodlands 4 <br />Addition (Project No. 16-102); Case of Lennar Corporation. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br /> <br />Chairperson Bauer called the public hearing to order at 7:02 p.m. <br />Presentation <br /> <br /> <br />Community Development Director Gladhill presented the staff report stating Lennar Corporation <br />(the "Applicant") has applied for Zoning Amendment from R-1 Residential (Rural Developing) to <br />th <br />R-1 Residential (MUSA) for property related to Woodlands 4 Addition.
