<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />\ ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the' City of <br />Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a <br />public hearing on Thursday, July J 1, 2002 <br />immediately following the 7:00 p.m. <br />Board of Adjustment Meeting at Ramsey <br />Fire Station #2, 15050 Armstrong <br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to con- <br />sider amendments to Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land), Section <br />9.11.02 (Accessory Uses), of the Ramsey <br />City Code relating to setback require- <br />ments for accessory structures. <br />All interested persons are invited to <br />attend the hearing and comment on the <br />proposed amendments. The City of <br />Ramsey complies with the Americans <br />With Disabilities Act and upon advance <br />I request, information will be provided in <br />an alternative 'form and interpreters will <br />be available. Any person with such a <br />I request should contact JoAnn Shaw at <br />763-427-1410 by noon on Wednesday, <br />I July 3, 2002.
