Voting no None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated he felt a letter should be written to the Governor <br />of Minnesota expressing appreciation for a de~ision to hold back Local Aids <br />across the State. It will put the State in a much better perspective <br />financially if they hold back from these cities that get such a large amount <br />of aid and Ramsey has the ]east to lose. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Van Wagner stated they disagree. <br /> <br />City Adm~.nistrator Schnelle said we should also state that the second tier <br />money should be used first and then go on a ratio basis. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle stated that Engineer Raatikka had caught an <br />error regarding the MSA funds. They were going by our 1970 census. The <br />error has now been corrected and we have picked up an additional $45,000. <br /> <br />CouncJlmcmber Reimann read the City Policy on "Assessing Sealcoating to <br />Benefited Property Owners" to the Council. He stated that Council should <br />strictly adhere to this policy or make a motion to change it. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to adjourn the Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner,'Sorteberg <br />Reimann and Cox.
