THE FINANCES <br /> <br />According to the joint powers agreement established between the city of Ramsey and <br />Anoka-Hennepin School District No. 11, the~costs for community education are shared. <br />This unique arrangement has proved to be an efficient way of delivering services to the <br />community. The following outline is a brief look at the breakdown of shared expenses. <br /> <br />City's Share <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Seventy (70) percent of the Community School Coordinator's salary <br />A program supplement to reduce the fees for youth programs <br /> <br />The total cost of the summer recreation program <br /> <br />One-half the cost of a citywide newsletter <br /> <br />B. School District's Share <br /> <br />1. Thirty (30) percent of the Community School Coordinator's salary <br /> <br />2. Other Administrative Salaries - Director, Program Consultants <br /> <br />3. Secretarial costs <br /> <br />4. Fringe benefits for all full-time 'staff <br /> <br />5. All administrative costs including print!ng, papers, office supplies, telephones, <br /> postage, etc <br /> <br />6. Some building use and maintenance costs <br /> <br />7. One-half the cost of a cityWide newsletter <br /> <br />User's Share <br /> <br />~. Entire cost of all adult classes including instruction and class supplies <br /> <br />2.
