They are as follows: <br /> <br />1) Plat 89210, Parcel 7260, 6441 - 167th Avenue NW, Mrs. Tweed <br />2) Plat 89210, Parcel 7250, 6521 - 167th Avenue NW, Mr..Walsh~ <br /> <br />Resolutions will be available at the meeting in regards to this issue. <br /> <br />Copies of these resolutions will be mailed to the respective owners with a <br />registered letter explaining what has happened and that they may contest <br />the assessment at the time of the assessment hearing. <br /> <br />Your action in this matter should be as follows: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution <br />#82- notifying Plat 89210, Parcel 7260 of a pending special <br />assessment by registered letter.
