RESOLUTION #82- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRICE QUOTES AND AWARDING BID FOR CLEANING SERVICE <br />AT THE RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for price quotes for <br />a cleaning service at the Ramsey Municipal Center, the following price <br />quotes were received: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br />First Impressions Contracting <br /> <br />$220/Week <br /> <br />John's Maintenance Service <br /> <br />$4OO/Month <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that John's Maintenance Service has <br />thc best price quote in the amount of $400 per month. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The City Council accepts the price quote from John's <br />Maintenance Service for an amount of $400 per month. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to inform those who bid on the Council action. <br /> <br /> <br />
