I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRICE QUOTES AND AWARD%NG BID FOR THE MAINTENANCE <br />OF RAMSEY CITY PARKS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to call for price quotes for the mainten- <br />ance of Ramsey City Parks, the following price quotes were received: <br /> <br />Bidder Amount of Bid <br /> <br />First Impressions Contracting <br /> <br />$18.00/Hour <br /> <br />Arnold's Ground Maintenance <br /> <br />$18.00/Hour <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that both bidders were identical <br />in their bids and a recommendation from the Street Superintendent is <br />essential in determining the best price quote for the maintenance of <br />the Ramsey City Parks. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Street Superintendent has determined that Arnold's <br />Ground Maintenance to be the best pr.ice quote due to the fact he has <br />the proper equipment and their location is so convenient. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Council accepts the price quote from Arnold's <br />Ground Maintenance in the amount of $18.O0 per hour. <br /> <br /> 3) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to inform those who bid of the council action. <br /> <br /> <br />
