I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and Councilmembers <br /> <br />FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />RE: Board of Adjustment Information <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-a) Information regarding Mr. Richard Kiecker's request to place an <br /> accessory building in the front setback of his property <br /> <br />CASE #1: REQUEST TO PLACE AN ACCESSORY BUILDING IN THE FRONT SETBACK OF HIS PROPERTY; <br /> <br />CASE OF MR. RICHARD KIECKER: <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Kiecker of 14700 Bowers Drive is requesting authorization to <br />place an accessory building in the front setback of his property. This has <br />been somewhat of a standard practice in this area inasmuch as the EoQ.B. <br />would rather not have structures back towards the river. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-a) contains the following items for your consideration: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Notice of public hearing <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Sketch plan of applicant's proposal <br />e) Building Official's ~tter to Mr. Kiecker <br />f) Building Official's letter to E.Q.B. <br />g) E.Q.B.'s letter of approval <br /> <br />It would be our recommendation that this request be approved inasmuch as <br />it is consistent with other properties in the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Your action in this matter should be as follows: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve/disapprove <br />of Mr. Kiecker's request to place an accessory building in front of <br />the principle structure. Said accessory building shall be located <br />as shown on Mr. Kiecker's site plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br /> <br />
