NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on May 25, 1982 at 7:30 P.M. at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Richard E. -' <br />Kieckers request to place an accessory building on his lot closer than <br />the front setback as permitted by City Ordinance 170.O1 Section 170.013D(I). <br /> <br /> The property is legally described as Lot 10 Bowers Mississippi <br />Acres and is generally known as 14700 Bowers Drive N.W. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 N°wthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303.
