Contract with the City of <br />Ramsey <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Caswell: <br /> <br />Please be informed that the City Council of the City of Ramsey at their <br />special Council meeting of May 4, 1982, directed that I inform you of the <br />fact the City of Ramsey is terminating their engineering service agreement <br />with your firm effective May 12, 1982. It should be noted that your firm <br />was informed of the above stated Special Council meeting and Mr. Jeff Roos <br />of your firm was present at this meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle, Ramsey City Administrator, will be setting up a meeting with <br />your firm to close out the current project that we have with your firm. <br /> <br />I would like to state that.the termination of this contract with your firm <br />has nothing to do with your firms professional ability in engineering.
