Page 8. <br />Council Meeting <br />September 11, 1978 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />grant Mr. Delano Skiem a building permit for a three car garage'to <br />be built on Block 1 Lot 2 of the pending Traprock Commons. <br /> <br />4 ayes <br />Mayor Cox opposed <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller and seconded by Councilman Gamec to grant <br />Mr. Charles Inderieden a building permit for a shelter for his horses <br />and storage for hay and trailer 26 x 27. <br /> <br />4 ~ayes <br />Mayor Cox opposed <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />ANOKA-HENNEPIN SCHOOL DISTRICT 11 THIRD ANNUAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />MEETING <br /> <br />The Third Annual Certificate of Compliance Meeting will be held on <br />September 28, 1978, at 8:00 ~p.m. at 'the Education Service Center located <br />at 11299 Hanson Blvd in Coon Rapids. <br /> <br />No action taken by Council on this item. <br /> <br />ANOKA-HENNEPIN SCHOOL DISTRICT 11 JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR COMMUNITY. <br /> <br />EDUCATION <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Muller'_.to table this <br />agreement with the School District until the-Community School gets back <br />with a dollar figure for the year. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />GRASS SEED FOR CITY HALL <br /> <br />Street Superintendent Mevisson presented an estimate on grass seed for the <br />City Hall of 300 lbs. @ $165.00/hundred = $495~00~ It was the' general con- <br />census of the Council to wait with the purchase of grass seed'in order to- <br />get more ideas on landscaping. <br /> <br />E.D.A. GRANT MONEY <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann had met with Mr. Phil Nereson~ our previous City <br />Administrator to discuss the E~D.A. Grant Mone¥~ Mr. Nereson had indi- <br />cated we should be receiving the remainder of the'money from'the~ grant <br />and should be in the neighborhood of $3,000~00~ Councilman Reimann felt <br />some of this money could be used in the purchase of grass seed and other <br />landscaping. <br /> <br /> <br />
