They have the fireproofing done in the furnace. They have the materials to finish other work. The only thing that they can't do is have a 6'8" clearance for the stairway but they can make it 6'4" which is O.E. with the State Building Inspector. It. was stated__that Mrs. Oliphant had been at the-home.on Hematite Street now~being used_ as a church, according to Rev. Reed. Mrs. Oliphant~ denied being at the home. Mrs. Oliphant. said she had-talked~o- LynnClark, the realtor, about the problem. Mrs. Oliphant thinks Mr. Pittmen should be certified. Mr. Pittman will have the complete report at the next meeting. ~Zoning Certificate for this church can be issued by Mr. Pittman. Virgil Johnson: He has not made the repairs requested.
