Absent: Chairperson Nixt and <br />Commissioner Van Scoy. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />The following Council minutes were noted: <br /> <br />I) City Council Regular meeting minutes dated August 10, 2004 <br />2) C[ry Council Regular meeting minutes dated August 24, 2004 <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARiNGS/COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for a Sketch Plan Review of Minor Subdivision; Case of John Rowe <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated John Rowe is requesting sketch plan review of a <br />minor subdivision of the 40 acre pm'cel located at 6530 Green Valley Road. The property <br />cm-rently contains one home and the Green Valley Greenhouse operation. The purpose of the <br />plat is to separate the uses and create a 2.5 acre tot for the homestead. <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the sketch plan contingent upon compliance with the City <br />Staff Review Letter dated September 28, 2003 and obtaining a variance to minimum street <br />frontage requirements. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Watson, to approve/deny the <br />proposed sketch plan for the property at 6530 Green Valley Road contingent upon compliance <br />with the City Staff Review Letter dated September 28, 2004. <br /> <br />Motion Camed.
