T0: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator <br /> <br /> B~ilding Official <br /> <br />Variance Request Accessory Building <br /> <br /> ]~arch 11, 1980 <br /> <br />I have reviewed lv[r. ~ark Corey's variance request for an accessory building <br />of 1,120 square feet on a one acre parcel and find the following: <br /> <br />1) The proposed location complies with all ordinance setback requirements. <br /> <br />2) The applicant, at present, does not have a garage or any other accessory <br />building. <br /> <br />3) The applicant has stated his intended u~e is for storage and parking of <br />automobiles and will not be used for any co~aercial activities. <br /> <br />4) The proposed location would not allow for a future lot subdivision un- <br />less the structure was sold with the subdivided parcel. <br /> <br />In view of the above, it would be ~y recommendation that the Board of Adjust- <br />merit grant this request contingent upon: <br /> <br />1) The applicant shall comply with all provisions of State and Local Codes. <br /> <br />2) The applicant shall acquire a building permit. <br /> <br />3) ~The applicant shall enter into an agreement with the City tha% specifies <br />the structure use and further specifies no additional accessory buildings <br />shall be permitted. Said agreement shall be filed with Anoka County and <br />shall become a part of the applicants deed. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment shbuld also discuss with the applicant the possibility <br />of relocating the proposed structure as shown in dotted lines as reconm~ended <br />by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />CRB: sb <br /> <br /> <br />
