COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />a) Adult Uses <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted that the City of Anoka allows adult uses in their industrial district <br />located adjacent to Ramsey,. The abutting Ramsey area includes some residential zoning and City <br />Staff should approach the City of Anoka and request that they place some distance requirements on <br />adult uses from residential zoning. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to adjourn the regular <br />Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer, LaDue, <br />Terry, Thorud and Hendriksen.
