COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> 7.01: Consider Park Dedication Obligations and Credit for the Development Agreement <br /> for the Riverstone Addition <br /> Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Riverblood reviewed the staff report, including <br /> that staff is in agreement with providing $182,000 in credit for the trail areas and improvements <br /> as outlined in the developer's April 28th letter, and introduced Steve Bona. <br /> Steve Bona, Capstone Homes and Riverstone Development Company, displayed the Master Plan <br /> for the development. He stated that he was unsure whether there is question about the need for <br /> the park or simply regarding the development credits.
