CC Regular Session 4. 11. <br />Meeting Date: 06/27/2017 <br />By: Chris Anderson, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #17-06-156 Approving a Development Agreement for Covenant Meadows (Project #17-02) <br />Purpose/Background: <br />On June 13, 2017, the City Council approved the Final Plat for Covenant Meadows, a twelve (12) lot single family <br />residential development. At the time of approval, Staff did not have sufficient time to review the Developer's <br />construction estimates for the project's public improvements, which are needed to calculate the surety and <br />inspection fees.
