A public hearing notice was published in the City's official newspaperAnoka County <br />UnionHerald. However, the applicant has temporarily withdrawn his application and no public hearing is necessary <br />at this time. Another public hearing will be scheduled in the future when, and if, it is necessary. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff is recommending Council cancel this public hearing. <br />Action: <br />Motion to cancel the public hearing related to the liquor license request of SM Enterprises, Penalty Box Grill.
