City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br />Public Information and Event Specialist Nicole Wenberg <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Strommen. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Recognition of Heart Safe Ramsey Volunteers for Achieving Goal of 1400 Residents <br />Trained in CPR and AED Use <br />Mayor Strommen invited members of the Ramsey Heart Safe Committee to come forward. She <br />recognized the volunteers for achieving their goal of training 1,400 residents in CPR and AED <br />use, noting that the initiative began in 2014. She stated that the City reached certification in just <br />nine months but kept climbing in order to reach the goal the committee had set. She recognized <br />Tim Hoffman, who has been the champion of this cause and brought forth the idea to the City <br />Council.
