Per Occurrence <br />General Aggregate <br />$ N/A <br />$ N/A <br />® If box is checked, Contractor is not required to provide Contractor's Pollution Liability <br />insurance under this Contract <br />SC-6.05 PROPERTY INSURANCE <br />Add the following to the list of requirements in Paragraph 6.05.A, after item 13, as numbered items: <br />14. include for the benefit of Owner loss of profits and soft cost coverage including, without <br />limitation, fixed expenses and debt service for a minimum of 12 months with a maximum <br />deductible of 30 days, plus attorney's fees and engineering or other consultants' fees, if not <br />otherwise covered; <br />SC-7.08 PERMITS <br />The following Paragraph 7.08.E shall be added immediately after Paragraph 7.08.A: <br />7.08.B. If the OWNER has obtained, or has applied for, the necessary construction permits from any regulatory <br />agencies, they will be addressed in Section 01410, Regulatory Requirements, of the Specifications. CONTRACTOR <br />shall obtain and pay for all construction permits, licenses and bonds, not specifically highlighted as previously <br />obtained, or applied for, in the referenced Section. <br />SC-7.11 RECORD DOCUMENTS <br />The following Paragraphs 7.11.E through 7.11.0 shall be added immediately after Paragraph 7.11.A: <br />7.11.B. The purpose of the final Project Record Documents is to provide factual information regarding all aspects <br />of the work, both concealed and visible, to enable future modification of the work to proceed without lengthy and <br />expensive site measurement, investigation, and examination. <br />7.11.C. Prior to submitting a request for final payment, submit the final Project Record Documents to the <br />Engineer and/or Owner for approval. Approval of the Record Documents shall not constitute final acceptance of <br />the completed project. <br />SC-7.12 SAFETY AND PROTECTION <br />The following Paragraph 7.12.A.4 shall be added immediately after Paragraph 7.12.A.3: <br />7.12.A.4. The OWNER, ENGINEER or their representatives may indicate potential safety hazards noticed at the <br />construction site. However, the CONTRACTOR shall remain the only party liable for initiating, maintaining, and <br />supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work. <br />SC-7.20 PROGRESS PAYMENTS TO SUBCONTRACTORS <br />Add the following Paragraph 7.20 immediately after Paragraph 7.19 <br />7.20 Progress Payments to Subcontractors <br />A. For contracts involving payment with public funds within the State of Minnesota, including but not limited <br />to cities, counties, towns, school districts, political subdivisions or agencies of local government, within <br />ten days after receipt of payment has been made to the Prime Contractor, the Prime Contractor shall <br />make payment to all Subcontractors for undisputed services provided by the Subcontractor.
