SECTION 01420 - SPECIFICATION REFERENCE AND WORKS CONSULTED <br />PART 1-- GENERAL <br />The references listed in this section are not all inclusive. There may be other references in individual <br />specification sections that are not listed in this Section. <br />Portions of referenced specifications not specifically affected by the supplemented information of modification <br />shall remain in effect as originally written. <br />It is the Contractor's responsibility to have these and all other referenced specifications listed in individual <br />Sections available onsite and to be familiar with them. <br />1.1 ENGINEERS JOINT CONTRACT DOCUMENTS COMMITTEE (EJCDC) <br />A. Documents with the EJCDC copyright notice in the footer are used in this Project Manual under a licensing <br />agreement with EJCDC. The text of these documents has not been changed or modified by Bolton & Menk, <br />Inc. <br />B. EJCDC documents were consulted in the creation of the Project Manual Sections listed below. These <br />documents have been altered from the original EJCDC text and the EJCDC footer has been removed in <br />compliance with the EJCDC license agreement.
