The <br />weight for fittings not listed in the tables above or in AWWA C153 shall be the actual weight of the <br />fitting(s) furnished and installed based on acceptable documentation provided by the Contractor. <br />B. The furnishing and installing of specific items and/or the performance of work under certain circumstances <br />shall not be individually paid in the absence of a specific bid item for the work. The costs shall be included <br />in the unit price bid for the water system items, as indicated. Such items of work include but are not limited <br />to: <br />1. The furnishing and installing polyethylene encasement material, include in the price bid for water main. <br />2. Concrete blocking or metal ties, include in the price bid for water main. <br />3. Valve umbrella anchorage assembly, include in the unit price bid for valves. <br />4. Locating and connecting to an existing water main or a hydrant, include in the price bid for water main. <br />5.
