Any other information the City may find necessary to accomplish the <br />purpose of this Section <br />Applications must be returned to the Zoning Administrator within 30 days of receipt of <br />the application. Applicants who do not return Application within the required time period <br />will be considered in violation of this Section and will be subject to prosecution in <br />accordance with Subd. 6 below. <br />Subd. 5. Issuance of Business Registration Certificate <br />Upon completion and approval of the following: (1) receipt of a complete BRC <br />application, (2) City review of the BRC application and (3) verification that the business <br />does comply with the City Code, Uniform Building Code, and Uniform Fire Code, the <br />City will issue a BRC to the Business. <br />Subd.6. Violation <br />Any person who violates any of the provisions of this ordinance is guilty of a petty <br />misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine up to the maximum <br />allowed by MN State Statute. <br />Historical Note <br />§7.20 Business Registration Certificate <br />established by Ord. #03-12. SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #04- _ has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of <br />the Ordinance: <br />The amendment to Section 7.20 Business Registration Certificate is to add a General <br />Requirements section and to perform general grammar and formatting revisions. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after is passage and publication, <br />subject to City Charter Section 5.07. <br />
