CASE # 1 z <br />CONSIDER AUTHORIZATION OF <br />GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />FOR AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH RTC, LLC <br />By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br />Background: <br />The City of Ramsey entered into a Master Development Agreement with Ramsey Town Center, <br />LLC, in the fall of 2003. Earlier this year, the City began discussing an amendment to the <br />Development Agreement and approved General Business Terms and Conditions, on July 20, <br />2004, that directed staff and consultants to draft a formal amendment to the Development <br />Agreern.ent. Negotiations failed to bring a completed document and new language with fewer <br />issues has been drafted for consideration. Staff will be discussing with the Council a new <br />General Business Terms and Conditions and will request Council authorization during the <br />meeting. <br />Council Action: <br />Autliorize execution of General Business Terms and Conditions for an amendment to the <br />Development Agreement with Ramsey Town Center LLC. <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />CC: 11 /09/04 <br />
