Determine scope of work that can be completed in conjunction with <br />Secondary Developer work, which will provide additional Letter of Credit. <br />2) Petition for an assessment hearing for the following items: <br />a. Phase I & Phase II road projects <br />b. Parking structures <br />c. AUAR <br />d. Parking & park maintenance funds NEW <br />Cost breakdown on assessments as follows: <br />a. Phase I & If improvements <br />$1,400,000 <br />b. Parkins structures <br />$5,500,000 <br />c. AUAR improvements <br />$3,000,000 <br />d. Parking structure & RTC park <br />$1,000,000 <br />maintenance capital fund <br />NOTE: Parking structure and park maintenance fund would create a capital war chest of <br />money for the maintenance of ramp for the 1" 5 to 10 years of maintenance. During <br />that time the City would be working on a pennanent funding mechanism for <br />maintenance cost. <br />
