As requested, we separated our design costs into <br />separate segments along Civic Center Drive and Zeolite Street and Saphire Street, lying south of <br />Sunwood Drive. Our design costs for each of the segments are as follows: <br />PROJECT SEGMENT <br />I Zeolite Street lying south of Sunwood <br />II Saphire Street lying south of Sunwood <br />and 700 feet of Civic Center Drive lying <br />west of Saphire Street <br />III Civic Center Drive from Zeolite Street to <br />700 feet west of Saphire Street <br />Total Design Cost: Segments I, II, III <br />DESIGN COST <br />$ 6,900.00 <br />$20,500.00 <br />$29,500.00 <br />$56,900.00 <br />In the event you complete the design for all the City's Phase II Improvements our total design <br />cost is estimated at $105,500.00. This cost excludes the design cost for the bridge and any soil <br />borings which may be needed. <br />It is our understanding that you will need to have segments I, II, and III ready for bidding and <br />construction early next spring. <br />We again wish to express our appreciation to you for this opportunity to offer our services.
