PETITION FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT <br />(100 percent of property owners) <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA . <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINESOTA: <br />The undersigned owner of all the real property located in the plat of RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Plat") EXCEPT Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2 <br />of the Plat hereby petitions that such Plat be improved by the construction of Zeolite Street NW <br />south of Sunwood, Civic Center Drive temporary cul-de-sac and those utility improvements <br />within the ROW all defined as Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition Phase I and otherwise defined <br />as City Phase 2 Roadway Improvements in that certain Master Development Agreement between <br />the City of Ramsey and Ramey Town Center, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, (the <br />"Master Development Agreement"). The real property is to be assessed for 20% of the cost of <br />the improvements pursuant to the Master Development Agreement. The said 20% of the cost of <br />the improvement is to be assessed and apportioned by the City against that real property <br />described on Exhibit F of the Master Development Agreement which Exhibit F is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein, except that no portion of such cost is to be assessed against Lot 1, Block <br />1 and Lot 1, Block 2, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION.
