Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by' Commissioner Thomd to approve the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission regular meeting minutes dated October 2, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Thorud, Bawden, and <br />Ten3,'. Voting No: None. The subject property is approximately seven acres in size and <br />Linda Obrycki is currently utilizing the existing building on the property for retail sales of <br />educational and collectible toys and art supplies. The subject property is currently zoned Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) as it was platted in conjunction with the Northfork PUD. Documents <br />relating to the Northfork PUD refer to the outlots being developed generally with commercial uses. <br />However, the property will no longer be associated with the Northfork PUD and Ms. Ob~,cki has <br />requested rezoning the property to Rural Business to clarify permitted uses on the property as she <br />feels the PUD is too general. Ms. Frolik stated that this would be in the best interest of Ms. <br />Obrvcki and also the City if the permitted uses are specified. The parcel fronts on Highway #10 <br />and is ad.jacent to other Rural Business rezoning.
