COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />1. Appointmen! of Officers for Planning and Zoning and Board of Adjustment <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to appoint Gerald <br />Zimmerman as Chairman and Terry Hendriksen as Vice-Chairman of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and Terry Hendriksen as Chairman and Charles LaDue as Vice-Chairman of the <br />Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, <br />Hendriksen, Ten-5, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner LaDue. <br /> <br />2. Error of Definition of Solid Waste <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer indicated that there are certain other ordinances within the City Code that <br />contain definitions pertaining to solid waste and recycling that conflict with definitions that City <br />Staff provided pertaining to Glen Rychner's request for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT' <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the regular <br />meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, Deemer, Bawden, <br />Hendriksen and Thorud. Voting No: None.
