16339 Nowthen Blvd. <br />Variance Request - Explanations <br /> <br />East section of lot contains drainfield, would require tree removal, and is difficult to <br />access. <br /> <br />South side of tot does not allow enough space between the property line and the <br />home for the proposed structure. <br /> <br />Structures on lot are virtually blocked from view via Nowthen Blvd. due to trees and <br />foliage. <br /> <br />Proposed garage would not be directly in from of home but north and west of existing <br />structure. ' ' <br /> <br />Alternative of erecting proposed garage directly north of existing connected garages <br />would result in a view from the West of 2 double and 2 standard garage doors, as a <br />ninety degree rotation of the structure would be necessary due to grade. Proposed <br />structure would have 2 windows on West end and would be more aesthetically <br />pleasing. <br /> <br />Positioning proposed structure directly north of the existing structure would require <br />more extensive grading. <br /> <br /> <br />
