Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT A <br />GARAGE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAi, <br />STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Stephen and P_honda Trisko (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure <br />nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as <br />16339 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, Oak Run, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on June 6, 2002, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I. That based on Findings of Fact #0 , a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer <br /> the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />'.2. That the accessory garage constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum <br /> setback from the front property line (or Nowthen Blvd. fight-of-way) of 160 feet. <br /> <br />3. That no other structures or additions shall be consU-ucted in the front yard unless it is in <br /> accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />That this variance shall become null and void if it is not initiated within 12 months of the <br />date of approval. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to complete <br />the variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 <br />days before the expiration of the original variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits pr/or to commencing any construction <br /> of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of equipment and vehicles in <br />accordance with City Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, <br />unless it is done in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />7.
