Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER TIlE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE <br />PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John Purlds (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from Section <br />9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property <br />line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 9061 159th Lane and legally <br />descr/bed as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, North.fork Itasca Point Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on June 6, 2002, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOIC4~ COUNTY, STATE OF M~FNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact # a var/ance to place a 864 square foot accessory <br />structure nearer the front property 1/ne than the principal structure on the Subject Property is <br />hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory structure placed on the Subject Property shall not be located any closer <br /> than 126 feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />3. That no other structures or additions shall be constructed in the front 'yard unless it is in <br /> accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permit-tee shall obtain all necessary permits pr/Or to commencing any construction of <br /> the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is in accordance <br />with City Code. <br /> <br />7. That the Permirtee agrees that the terms of this Variance shall be binding upon its successors <br /> and assigns. <br /> <br />33 <br /> <br /> <br />
