There are some existing trees and shrubs that should mitigate any impact to the neighbor's view <br />of the street scape caused by the construction of this proposed garage. <br /> <br />For the record, Mr. Ronallo's attached garage, storage shed and this proposed garage total 1,412 <br />square feet.
