Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #02-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ~THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT <br />A GARAGE ON A CORNER LOT AT 15920 RADIUM STREET N.W. THAT WILL <br />ENCROACH ON THE SIDE YARD SETBACK. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Geno and Laurie Ronallo (Permittees) have properly applied for a variance <br />from Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory, structure that will <br />encroach on the side yard setback requirements on a comer lot generally known as 15920 <br />Radium St. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, Oak Run, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on June 6, 2002, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJusTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact #0__, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer <br />the side property line (159th Lane N.W. right-of-way line) than the setback of the principal <br />structure on the adjacent property to the west is hereby =~m~t-. ~ , <br /> <br />2. That the accessory structure constructed on the Subject Property shall mal_ntain a m/nlmum <br /> set~ feet from the south side property line, which is the same as the 159~ Lane <br /> N.W. right-o~. <br />3.
