Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARI)dNCE g3ND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Marshall Property. requested a variance from the height restrictions in the <br />Industrial District on the property, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Park 67 Industrial Park; <br />-and- <br />The South 175 feet of West 110 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Park 67 Industrial Park; <br />-and- <br />Outlot B, Business Park 95 5~ Addition; all in Anoka County., Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property" ). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 6, 2002, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from height restrictions. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Resolution #02-06- adopting Findings of Fact #0 , a variance to the <br /> 35 foot height restriction is hereby granted to the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That Marshall Concrete shall be allowed to erect a second ready-mix silo on the Subject <br />Property that shall not exceed sixty-one (61) feet in height, as measured from the mean <br />ground level. <br /> <br />That the Rarnsey Fire Department shall immediately call for the assistance of a <br />neighboring fire department with reach capabilities in excess of 35 feet, until such rime'as <br />the Ramsey Fire Department is equipped to handle fire suppression and rescue operations <br />in excess of 35 feet high. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member __ <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />71 <br /> <br /> <br />
