Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #02-06- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARI)dNCE g3ND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, Marshall Property. requested a variance from the height restrictions in the Industrial District on the property, legally described as follows: Lot 3, Block 1, Park 67 Industrial Park; -and- The South 175 feet of West 110 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Park 67 Industrial Park; -and- Outlot B, Business Park 95 5~ Addition; all in Anoka County., Minnesota. (the "Subject Property" ). WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 6, 2002, conducted the public hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from height restrictions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That based on Resolution #02-06- adopting Findings of Fact #0 , a variance to the 35 foot height restriction is hereby granted to the Subject Property. That Marshall Concrete shall be allowed to erect a second ready-mix silo on the Subject Property that shall not exceed sixty-one (61) feet in height, as measured from the mean ground level. That the Rarnsey Fire Department shall immediately call for the assistance of a neighboring fire department with reach capabilities in excess of 35 feet, until such rime'as the Ramsey Fire Department is equipped to handle fire suppression and rescue operations in excess of 35 feet high.
