Lots 1-2, Block 1, Trott Brook Addition <br /> <br />(the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey received an application for a Conditional Use <br />Permit, Site Plan, Sketch Plan and Final Plat for Trott Brook Addition from the Developer on <br />April 6, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on May 4, 2017; <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />on May 4, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the Conditional Use Permit and reviewed the Site Plan and Minor Plat as <br />well; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City Council approved the Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan and <br />Final Plat of Trott Brook Addition June 13, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on June 28, 2017, the City of Ramsey received a revised Final Plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of a revised final plat for Trott <br />Brook Addition and an amended Development Agreement in accordance with <br />relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />a)Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 9, 2017. <br /> <br />b)The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />c)Revised Final Plat and amended Development Agreement subject to review <br />and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br />Resolution #17-07-164 <br /> <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
