Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-07-173 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MODIFIED COMPRHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT, <br />CONTINGENT UPON METROPOLITAN COUNCIL APPROVAL, TO CHANGE A LAND <br />USE DESIGNATION FOR THE BUNKER LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey (the "City") has initiated an amendment to the Comprehensive <br />Plan to change the future land use designation to Business Park on the property legally described as the <br />following: <br />Lot 1, Block 1 Alpha Development, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-and- <br />That part of Outlot B, Alpha Development lying within Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-and- <br />That part of Outlot B, Alpha Development lying within Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-and- <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Pine Shadows, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on February 2, 2017, conducted a public <br />hearing, and considered the Applicant's request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council originally approved the Amendment on February 14, <br />2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan Amendment was originally combined with a separate <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment that the City now wants to separate for clarity, timeframe, and <br />applicable policies.
