Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #17-07-173 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MODIFIED COMPRHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT, CONTINGENT UPON METROPOLITAN COUNCIL APPROVAL, TO CHANGE A LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR THE BUNKER LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey (the "City") has initiated an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation to Business Park on the property legally described as the following: Lot 1, Block 1 Alpha Development, Anoka County, Minnesota -and- That part of Outlot B, Alpha Development lying within Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota -and- That part of Outlot B, Alpha Development lying within Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota -and- Lot 1, Block 1, Pine Shadows, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on February 2, 2017, conducted a public hearing, and considered the Applicant's request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council originally approved the Amendment on February 14, 2017; and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan Amendment was originally combined with a separate Comprehensive Plan Amendment that the City now wants to separate for clarity, timeframe, and applicable policies. The adjustment to the amendment does not materially change the original intent. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the request for a land use designation change as follows.
